About Stuart Humphreys
Stuart Humphreys has over 18 years experience as a Professional Photographer in areas encompassing portraits, landscape, travel, architectural, archaeological, industrial, scientific, public relations, advertising and fashion.
Stuart was a finalist in the Inaugural City Bank Portrait Prize and has had several solo shows at Michael Nagy Fine Art and Demeter Galleries. He has participated in numerous group shows including the Australian Museum - Images from Science exhibition. Stuart has been judged a finalist in the Head On Alternative Portrait Prize for the last two years running.
Stuart is currently Senior Photographer at the Australian Museum and is responsible for the creation of original images for the Museum and its clients.
Stuart graduated from Sydney Technical College and was awarded Student Photographer of the Year in 1993.
